CUSTOMER REVIEW
I’ve read some reviews that complain around the “new improved” control protocol, and is also unlike older models, but remains very instinctive and simple to comprehend. Yet again I’ve got, regarded as improvement.
The mystery to me is when Mitsubishi can maintain such magnificent detail and color intensity on an extremely massive picture. I upgraded from an early model JVC 61″ 720-line, along with picture is not only much richer plus more detailed, it’s nearly twice as large!
Love it, find it irresistible, think itrrrs great! Fast food or, Blu Ray ROCKS and 82″ is a perfect TV to exhibit them back. We “debuted” with “Master and Commander” as well my non-tech-geek wife was impressed!
Update: I’ll leave the rating as-is simply because the TV is everything the reviews says, on the other hand add-on is, Mitsubishi’s customer service network (along with the term loosely) totally sucks. Nothing was wrong on the function belonging to the TV, other than deal transfer of adhesive material through the clear polyvinyl chloride protective tape intended for packaging into the top of the viewing screen which non-abrasive soap and water wouldn’t remove, plus when i removed the tape it took several of the black paint amazing metal frame in the viewing screen.
Getting this evaluated/reviewed along with repair authorized and completed (still dirty at three weeks and counting after a 1 week it’s imagined to take) was any nightmare.
Hint to Mits: The early adopters just like me who pay the first-on-my-block prices for your personal latest gizmos are essentially comfortable with having things our way. Kept in mind however our support your products or services can fail, but without our support it’s impossible for use in your products to ensure success. Treat us like crap and then you don’t get one minute chance. The length crap I’ve needed look at to have a minor problem that had been 100% the results of how i packaged it in the event you shipped it for me is unforgivable, and then the attitude for the “regional manager” who basically informed me I had SOL on the paint the tape tore away from the frame really should not be during a customer contact position.
