I can’t stand to make the smoothing option (called TruMotion) fired up. It’s expected to make TV look better, but It makes everything is a soap opera. Luckily, it is easy to turn off (Menu>Picture>TruMotion). Note: you’ve got to let down TruMotion for each individual input. TV will look some juddery devoid of the smoothing, but it is a limitation off 120Hz TVs, and considerably superior to having TruMotion fired up (i do believe).
That said, movies and computer games look fantastic using smoothing put off. My Wii and PS3 games look great, just like Blu-ray movies.
